दिल ढूंढता है । (The Heart Searches)
दिल ढूंढ़ता है फिर वही, बचपन के दिन !
काश उन्हें लौटा दे मुझे, कोई अल्लादिन का जिन ।
जब सिर्फ भूख लगती थी, बेशुमार और बोहोत सारी !
याद नहीं आता था किसी तरह का परहेज़ ।
ना रहती थी खुद को फिट रखने की ज़िम्मेदारी ।
खाओ-पीओ, खेलो, तंग करो, और सपनें देखो !
उफ़ क्या दिन थे वो,
कभी टीव्ही देखो तो कभी माँ के हाथ का स्वादिष्ट खाना चखो ।
तब कोई ऐब भी नज़र नहीं आता था उस देवी के बनाये खाने में !
अब कभी थोड़ा नमक कम लगता है,
तो कभी स्वाद कम पड़ जाता है चाट और कचौरी में ।
वो देवी तो खाना तब भी वैसा ही बनाती थी, आज भी वैसे ही बनाती है !
पर क्या करे, दो शब्द स्कूल में जाके क्या पढ़ लिए,
उसकी लग भग सभी चीज़ों में आज खामियां नज़र आती है ।
दिल ढूंढ़ता है आज वो बचपन के मासूम से दिन और रात ।!
और ज़्यादा तो कुछ नहीं,
दिल को चुभती है अब रूई जैसी भी बात !
तब अनदेखा करते थे कई सारी बातें हंसकर,
भूलते थे कुछ हीं पलों में शिकवे शिकायतें !
कोई बात नहीं यार, दिल से ये कह कर।
अब मीठा खाने से पहले याद आते है मुँह में बसे कैप और कुछ दवाइयों के नाम भी !
कही सुराग ना हो जाए,
परछाई के साथ चलता है, ये कम्बख्त डर भी ।
क्या छलांग लगाते थे,
बेबाक और बेफिक्र!
अब दौड़ना तो दूर,तेज़ चलने से पहले भी आता है,
पिछली बार के एक्स रे का ज़िक्र।
धूप का असली मज़ा तो तब था, टहलते थे घंटों मुफ्त में विटामिन डी के लिए ।
अब तो धूप लगती है,
काम आती है तो सिर्फ घिब्ली आर्ट से बने अपने अच्छे वाले डीपी के लिए ।
मुड़ने से पहले मोच का डर, खाने से पहले कैलरी और वज़न की चिंता !
क्या अनमोल दिन थे बचपन के वो,
अगर पता होता की एक दिन खो जाएंगे ये, हर कोई इन्हें हिफाज़त से और संभालके रखता ।
दिल ढूंढ़ता है वो बचपन के खोये हुए पल ।
काश रखे होते किसी बैंक के लॉकर में ।
इन्हे देखकर थोड़ा खुशमिज़ाज़ कर लेते हम भी अपना आने वाला कल ।
